Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders include free shipping, unless stated otherwise on the Cart or Checkout page.
Shipping costs are covered by us in the product price, so there are no additional fees at checkout.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries worldwide.
However, some destinations are excluded due to shipping restrictions, sanctions, or carrier limitations. If your country is unavailable at checkout, shipping is not currently possible to that location.
How can I track my order after checkout?

When your item is produced and shipped, you’ll receive another email containing a tracking link so you can follow your order’s progress.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because all items are made to order, processing begins shortly after purchase.
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via Stripe, including major credit and debit cards.
Depending on your device and location, Apple Pay and Google Pay may also be available.

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe using industry-standard encryption.

Are your products made to order?
Yes. Each item is created only after you place an order.
This on-demand approach helps reduce overproduction and waste while ensuring every product is made specifically for you.
What is your return and refund policy?
Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size changes or buyer’s remorse.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
In most cases, damaged or misprinted items do not need to be returned.
Will I need to pay customs fees or additional taxes?
For EU customers, VAT is usually included at checkout.
Orders fulfilled within the EU arrive without customs charges.
In some cases, items may be fulfilled from outside the EU, like the US production facilities, depending on availability. These shipments are typically pre-declared to avoid additional fees, but rare exceptions may occur depending on local customs regulations.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the case and make it right as quickly as possible.

All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted production partner with production facilities in the US and EU, using carefully selected fulfillment centers to ensure quality and reliability.
Do I have a warranty as an EU customer?
Yes. In accordance with EU consumer law, products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
