We ship to most countries worldwide.
However, certain destinations are excluded due to shipping restrictions, sanctions, or carrier limitations. If your country is unavailable at checkout, shipping is not currently possible to that location.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect the package, reshipment costs may apply, based on our production partner policy, if applicable.
All products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partners in the European Union and the United States.
Fulfillment location is determined automatically based on product availability, size, color, and production capacity at the time of ordering. As a result, items in the same order may ship separately and from different locations.
For customers within the European Union, VAT is calculated and applied at checkout where required by law.
In most cases, no additional VAT is due upon delivery. However, for certain orders fulfilled outside the EU or exceeding applicable customs thresholds, local authorities may apply VAT or import charges according to destination country regulations.
Orders fulfilled within the EU are delivered without customs charges.
In rare cases where an order is fulfilled from outside the EU, like US item to EU shipment location, local customs authorities may apply handling fees or additional charges. These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside of our control. Such cases are uncommon, but any applicable fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Once the order was done and received, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order is produced, quality control done, and the shipping company picks up the package, you will receive a notification containing a tracking link. Tracking updates may take time to appear depending on the carrier, and location of shipment.
